Some users have reported that they have been unable to open existing MATLAB scripts in the MATLAB GUI since the last maintenance. It appears that the last MATLAB update has changed certain settings and if you delete your MATLAB settings, it will work again. Instructions below.

You can do so by running the following command in a terminal:

rm -r ~/.matlab
