We will be upgrading the login nodes’ operating system to Ubuntu 22.04 this week.

  • scrp-login-2 will be upgraded on Wednesday March 12th at 11am. While the upgrade will take only a few minutes to complete, please note that during the upgrade, all tasks that were still running on the node right before the upgrade will be killed. Slurm tasks initiated through srun or compute on the node will also be terminated. Jupyter-Slurm and sbatch tasks are not affect by the upgrade.
  • scrp-login-1 will be upgraded on Friday March 14th at midnight. All tasks that were still running on the node right before the upgrade will be killed. Again, Jupyter-Slurm and sbatch tasks are not affect by the upgrade.
